- A deposit of 1-2 nights' accommodation is required to confirm your booking.

- Full payment is required on receipt of the house keys or 10days prior to arrival.

- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of half the deposit.

- Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.

- Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being required.

- Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 12noon on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.

- Smoking is permitted outside only.

- We regret family pets and animals are not invited at The Beach Retreat but welcome at The Cottage.

- The Beach Retreat accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
